Yes shaving your ballsack is possible, although I usually wax.
And yes hairy balls and too much hair is a turn off. Nobody wants a mouth full of sweaty pubes that they either choke on or it's caught in the teeth. It ruins the moment, almost as badly as a helm with cheese all over it when you pull back the foreskin!
