No limits on alcohol...that totally ruined the previous ones. C4 was too scared of drunk HMs and ofcom
The telephone thing...well, the no contact with the outside world thing hasnt been upheld for the past few years anyways. I dont think it will make TOO much difference, as long as calls are rationed, not having one emotional HM on the phone 24/7
