You arent supposed to have multiple accounts but if you use a different email addy and bank account they will never know.

As for buying something quickly if your hearts set on something on ebay and it doesnt have similar available on buy it now, as Claymores said you are better off using a sniper/bidding program to get it. They increase your chances a lot.

Top tip though if you do get done for anything and need to appear in court always always always wear a soap on a rope under your clothes, you never know it could save your ass.
LOL Shas!

As far as I know Tel (and been doing it for 10 years) having multiple accounts is not against the rules - both of mine are directly linked to my REAL PayPal account. I've never used them to shill bid to punt the price on one of my auctions. Logically if I bid as myself as a buyer, and against myself as the other bidder, it might be an Ian tactic, but only potentially costing myself more money.

When I need to shill or a friend does when acting as a seller, I get a friend to do it via a quiet email and vice-versa.

My mate had a rare bottle of whisky sitting @ £100 with 1 hour to go when it was worth at least £200. I just bid £290 for him. If I'd won, we'd just have forgotten about it, but my shill for him pushed it into a bidding frenzy between 2 genuine punters so it reached £460
