Its where you find a cheap price for lets say a tv for £400 and you list one on ebay for say £600 and when someone buys it from you buy one for £400 and get them to deliver it to your buyer on ebay. It leaves you £200(minus fees) better of for next to no work.
Just got to be sure your supplier is reliable you can make a fortune doing this
