I second Darkstalkers and Streets of Rage 4.

I'd love to see...

Virtua Fighter 6
Shenmue III
Panzer Dragoon 5 (even though I'm more likely to see the second coming of Christ)
Last Blade III
Bushido Blade II
Shinobi 3 (as in the 3D series)
HD remakes of Fallout I and II
