No it's not hard to workout.

Being annoying means you are doing something to get you noticed and that you are bring something to the show. Making cups of tea and thinking your everyones mum, does little for the show except make it more boring. It a bit like Imobore who loves the mirrors, she looks nice, but does little for the show to make it interesting.

Drama is conflict, without conflict there is no drama, without drama the show is boring.
