I hate those dreams. I once dreamt of a swarm of alien spiders/scorpions crawling through my window. I was a wreck.

That reminded me of a quite similar dream i had.
A swarm of flies or something came in my room. I got my quilt over my head and ran out the room, then started shouting at my dad at 2am that there were bugs stuck on my sheet. But then they disappeared so I went back to bed.
The next day it turned out I had sleepwalked the whole thing too, including screaming at my dad
