Richard will definately be up next week now and there's no obvious other to be evicted over him apart from Aisleyne. So given that neither of the two were likely to make the final anyway can you explain how he has more chance of making it now?

Simply because, if it wasn't a double eviction this week, then it would have been a good chance of being a double eviction next week, and as Richard will almost certainly be up next week, it now gives him more chance to stay because it might not be a double eviction, where as if it was a double eviction next week, he would almost certianly be going!
And thats why i believe it gives Richard more of a chance of getting to the final.
