Both as bad as each other in different ways.
Males tend to be upfront and say what they think and don't give a damn really.
Females tend to be back stabbing - you know, pretened to be nice, all sweetness and light to your face, but rip you to shreds behind your back. You can normally see through the ones that are like that though.
