I personally don't believe in that - but many religions do believe in such things. I think it's a bit crass to mock somone simply because you don't share their belief. I don't think you are going to get anywhere Pyramid,However,leather trumpet, The voice of reason (Lord help us), is incorrect on many issues in his/her posts,for instance:- Cemeteries are not in Church grounds and many people are buried not for religious ideals but because some people believe that as we have to be formed so there may be a reason for the natural decomposition process too.
Churchyards are the burial areas attached to a Church or in its grounds, Cemeteries are not.

Many non religious people and Atheists are buried in Cemeteries that have no Church or Chapel in them or parts with no consecrated ground either.
