I voted in it but I voted first so that my votes weren't influencing the outcome later on. There were two rounds; a nominations round to sort out 50-ish members who would make up the final list, and then a second round which saw members vote for their favourite 10 from that list and they had to rank those in order of preference, iirc. Have a look back at the other competitions to get an idea of it
