I do not care what anyone says, my own opinion is that a section of the younger generation, in respect of violence, aggression, bullying, etc: it's on the rise and at a level that is hugely concerning. The older generation would (in years gone by) have intervened, but that doesn't happen due to this "I'm not getting involved" culture that WE ALL live in . colour of skin I think is irrelevant. Whites are as guity as any other person of non white skin colour. The older generation are taking a back step too - I'm not laying all blame here at the 'young 'uns'. We all have a part to play (or 'close our eyes' to).

I do feel much is related to the so called 'technological evolution', mixed together with the loss of what used to be called the 'traditional family' - whereby mum stayed at home and raised the kids - dad worked. (not ideal, not saying that), but with both parents now tending to work for the benefit of 'a better life' (aka:a more material lifestyle: house, status cars, holidays, designer clothing, all mod cons for all family members) etc.

It's as though real live people, real live interactions, community spirit are seen as wimpish, weak, pathetic: with aggressive tendencies overriding all else: much down to peer pressure due to the type of external influences (media/celeb culture / accessiblilty etc) that we all have access to.

I truly feel the modern world has it's finger firmly placed on the self destruct button.
