It's brilliant. I'd agree with curving her shoulder a little more and I'd be tempted with a higher contrast. Darken some lines. In her hair perhaps. Make some more features jump out like you have with her eyes and lips (but bear in mind this is just my taste - I'm a contrast addict when it comes to pictures)

It really is something to be proud of - nice one!
