Tania has been comforting Sissy after over the latest nominations - despite voting for her for eviction.
She told the Liverpool fashion designer that the fact there are only four girls left would work to her advantage.
And she added that it was important to keep in high spirits and get plenty of sleep before Friday.
"It'll go so quickly, and we've got this task to do," she told a tearful Sissy.
"You've got to keep in high spirits, and you've got to try to sleep, otherwise you're just going to kill yourself."
