Niamh.... I came across it about 13 years ago: and I have NEVER looked back.
Nothing else seems to do the trick for me - and believe me, I've tried every bloody thing recommended (even the old 'drink beer, don't drink anything with mixers etc), from garlic to onions and all sorts of sprays, lotions and pills.
for the sake a a few quid: try it. If it works: you'll be so relieved and can enjoy hols abroad with very little aggro from the blighters!
