Yes it does. Well kind of. It has something called the MRT which is basically like an island wide tube that is far safer and cleaner than the london one and is raised above the roads and city as well.
You will be lucky to see a piece of litter in an average day here in singapore. You really have to look for it to find some.
Some things can be very cheap over here but to get things from home like english chocolate for example it can cost a huge amount.
Supermarkets are generally expensive because everything is imported as there is literally no farmland in singapore at all. And tiger balm is the most raved about thing over here. If you have any illness they will likely say tiger balm.
