2pac was an american rapper/gangster in the early 90's and was shot dead in 96 I believe supposedly by Biggy or one of Biggy's crew cause they had a ongoing feud about Faith Evans Biggy's wife 2pac claimed to have slept with her in one of his songs, they were actually friends up till this point but became enemys and rivals after that.

I only know all this cause my brother is a big fan of both and I actually like some of 2pacs stuff too although some is abit ott for me as well!!
