I agree, he need to show more authority and a backbone. He let Melody walk all over him, it was her fault they lost and she was lucky not to get fired but Leon didn't do as much so probably the right decision there.

Everyone is like poor Tom but he was just as bad as Melody in terms of the mistakes made in that task.
