Arsenal rumoured to have signed midfielder Ricardo Alvarez from Velez Sarsfield in Argentina.
Ipswich have reported Swansea to the Premier League and have called for a transfer embargo to be placed on the top flight new boys.
The Portman Road outfit have taken action following non-payment of invoices relating to Tamas Priskin's loan switch to the Swans towards the end of the 2010/11 campaign.
