I think it would be odd not to have quick chat with them over how dissapointed they are not to have got in etc. Time wise they will evict someone....so interview them as normal....make them aware of the HND then I presume we will be watching that person stay in the HND while the other 3 come out...or will they go out via a backdoor as we are more likely to want to see and watch whoever going into the main house and their reactions etc.
