Because men want sex more.
Women turn it down far more often so when it is given out like chicken pox its seen as classless.
Men want it more often and will turn it down less, if a guy says no all the time he will be called gay or something.
It is just the opposite of what is seemed 'normal' so people choose to exploit that.
