I learnt the name of every Apprentice candidate last year in week 3 (the first week I saw of it) and same this year bar a few. And I learnt all the names of the Ender's characters in about a week of watching.
Real life I hear someone's name and it just sticks. Thanks to Dr. Kawashima's Brain Training which taught me to repeatedly say their name over and over in my head.
I'd say I'm good with names in general.
