One will probably be revealed in September as Apple's products are refreshed in a very cyclical nature, the iPod line up is generally refreshed in Autumn so I guess you could expect a new iPod then.
However that isn't to say that Apple will definitely bring out new iPods then. They're unpredictable so just think of it as a guestimate.
This page is very helpful as it keeps track on when a new Apple product is expected, and if they've just been updated etc.
