Ach dude!! I generally agreed with most of your posts, but damn, I hate solicitors. Looks like I'll have to disagree with everything you say now.

And since most solicitors are desk bound, pencil pushing, money hungry scum who do about as much debating as a dead fish, you should have been a barrister. I don't hate them quite so much as well, so it would be a bonus all round
