It was heroic of him not to get naked like so many other housemates (Jonty's tiny penis haunts my nightmares...)
And I don't think he stifled the fun; there wasn't much going on in BB4 anyway (he did go to the bathroom when nude Anoushka was there, and was fine with Ray being all wild and crrrrrazy). He wasn't like a Carole who just moaned whenever anyone had a good time.
And he wasn't homophobic or creepy like Dave, so I guess that's something in his favour
