True example: I received an online application from a 21 year old a few weeks ago. His email application contained 2 lines, with a total 34 words. Out of that - there were 13 spelling mistakes.
Often you hear job seekers moaning that they apply for jobs and never receive the courtesy of an acknowledgement. If someone can't even be bothered to use a spell checker - why should I waste my time on sending out replies to them? They didn't give a damn, why should I?
