Only down fall on that though is : someone can be the hottest, have the ability to earn good money - but lack the intelligence to use the money wisely - and be no better off financially.
Intelligence can't always be changed, nor can knowledge always be gained. Some people, through absolutely no fault of their own, simply do not have the mental capacity nor the want/desire to learn) - to either seek or absorb knowledge, which is a pre-requisite to becoming intelligent.
The money wins!!
