She doesn't mean to be spiteful all the time, although she never seems to think twice before she speaks.
Overall though we're so near the end now so it's not really the time to be going off HMs. All the people in the house now - both in the main house and next door - have come really far, and good on them IMO.
I wouldn't go off them now since they're all in quite difficult circumstances right now.
