Used to have a mouse and an hamster at the same time. We went to get the mouse from a lady in another town.. popped into the pet shop on the way there to get some things for it and saw a hamster in one of the display things trying its very best to eat its way out. We watched it for about half an hour and all it did was dig at the corner of the case where there was air coming through. We decided to get it and then had hammy the hamster and mousy the mouse. Mousy died in her cage underneath her log bed
And we had to give hammy away when we got the dog... miss mousy a lot
