If Imogen stays she'll chose Nikki because they are kinda like sisters and she wouldn't want to take Mikey or Grace with her because she's been feeling a little un-settled with them both, and she likes Lea but would most probably chose Nikki.

Richard would chose Nikki because he knows how much Pete has been pining for her, and he knows how desperate Nikki is too be with him, and he knows that he'll be back with Lea in a matter of days anyway. He is a 'very wise' person after all, and because he's such good friends with Pete I know he'll chose Nikki, because he likes Nikki and Pete and he kept saying to Nikki how much Petey misses her.
