It's not even like they can blame the fact that they had no contraception. You can pretty much get free contraception in every chemist and Doctors surgery across the UK. There's no excuse for it really, It's just worrying that this kind of story will probably become and every day story in the next few years, as the people who had children at 15/16 in the 90's, their children will now be reaching that age too.. the generation gap will just continue to shrink.
