I think on Petes side he is very confused about her...he likes her energy and when she is bubbley but doesn't like when she bitches and is nasty. I think his emotions are all over the shop and he is very vunerable. With Nikki she is being egged on by most people and mostly probably by her agent. They are both caught in the moment while in the house but outside the house Nikki will not settle for Pete, she will use him then dump him for someone with more money unless he does well in his band.

Pete is a character who likes an easy life which is simple and I cannot see Nikki settling for that kind of lifestyle she will always want more. I think they really like each other but "love" each other is a little pathetic.
