Oh no mine was like a proper wet patch about an inch in diameter so prob not that but one of those stuck pixel fixes might work.
If all else fails and they get stubborn about fixing it for the sake of a pixel just get a wire rigged up to 240 volts and touch every exposed metal bit you can find with it and just say it stopped working if its still in warranty they will replace it no problem then it works a treat
