Oh thank you for that Suze but I would hate to be a mod,I prefer being one of the crowd than telling people what they have to do or should be doing or saying or how to say it.
I think the mods have a tough time balancing the rapport with the members and then having to disclipline some too.
I would have to say also though that for me Niamh is all that is really good in a mod though,definately.
