No, nothing will be properly live again for as long as the BB house is based at Elstree. After 2006, people complained about the crowd noise because its a residential area. The council enforced loads of stupid rules, basically limiting the amount of shows that require crowds on a friday, and only two non-friday 'live' crowd requiring shows a year.
