Yea, it was definitely a fix. That was the first and only time anyone ever got a special power without having to work for it. Grodner saw that America's favorite player was getting voted off. So she decided to have an online vote for who was going to get it. She knew Jeff was going to win it from the start. Since he was leading all BB fan polls by miles.
When Mike Boogie won the Coup d'Etat in BB7. All the house guest participated in a competition.
