I don't think it should be banned, because it doesn't cause the baby any medical defects when they grow up if they have had a circumcision, just less sensitivity. Also, the baby doesn't remember it. I don't think it should be banned. I wouldn't circumcise my children if I had any though, I don't think there's anything wrong with foreskin (this is if no medical circumcision is needed).

EDIT: This is just my view, I wouldn't get it done to any of my children if I had any, but this doesn't mean I think it should be banned.
