I just had stake for dinner and it got me thinking, how do you like your steak cooked? I mean my Mum cooked mine in the same way she likes hers (rare) and I hated it. I could actually taste the blood. It was gross.
In contrast my Dad always cooks his steak well done which I also hate cause its like eating a scrap of leather. I guess I like mine medium rare, then.
