Let's be honest, if you're launching an established format on a brand new channel without the same resources as Channel 4, what money you do have will inevitably be spent on the CBB series. I'm guessin we wont know how well Ch5 copes with the franchise until BB itself in September. That's when we'll see how much money has been spent and who they want to appeal to. It's all about the money, people. Sad but true. That said, with the exception of Davina, I thought the launch show was as big and as lavish as anything Ch4 have done, so the transition was a smooth one. But let's just wait and see when the REAL BB starts how well Ch5 do.
