The SMS messages are run by E4, the feed is provided by Endemol. The polls, etc, etc, are all the work of E4 editors, and NOT the work of Endemol.
The 'Live' feed is delayed by approximately 15 minutes, but the SMS' messages and polls aren't, that will be a glitch E4 side.
