Pros:
Good house.

Cons:
The new Marcus.
Editing.
Titles.
Atmosphere.
No original concepts.
Abuse of the Big Brother name.
No live feed.
Breaking every rule which define BB.
No concept for the series.
Series being so obviously viewer and money driven.
No feeling of being immersed in the house.
Illusion of knowing housemates is lost.
The fact people prefer this to any C4 series.
Focus being on Jedward and Kerry. Clearly biased editing.
Music being played when hms don't hear music.
Fact they have iPods ect
Big Brother no longer being cold and robotic.
Jokes and sarcasm made by Marcus and BB voices.
Lack of intelligent people in the house.
No Vote to evict which never guaranteed popularity.
Putting in a man who can't speak English.

Take away all the cons and make them into the opposite therefore reinstating Big Brother as a show which reflects the great name. Also don't make it into another average copy of every other reality show on the planet.
