Basically the only difference between her and someone who doesnt have that is that she doesnt realise how you should behave in public...and does some quite strange things. One example being sitting in a puddle in the middle of the street 'because she felt like it' :/
Its actually quite embarrassing being out with her sometimes tbh, but I know she cant help it
