Comments from those who have actually met them in person suggest they are two of the nicest, most genuine people one could hope to meet.

What you have been told is 100% correct.
They are extremely polite and friendly after concerts and when you meet them,they take time to talk to you and are so approachable too. That comes from muself who has seen them 'live' 6 times now and with other friends and family with me at the concerts have yet to find anyone disappointed in their shows, their energy and determination to please.
