Insight into what to expect, from vevmo in response to the question "would you say the season may disappoint?"
Quote:
Hard to say. From what I've read and from my personal opinions, I would say yes.

It seems like a lot of people aren't fans of Frank, which is unfortunate for them because he has a large storyline this season (at least for the first few episodes).

I've been told that a lot of the roommates are "simply boring".

Ashley essentially follows Zach around like a lost puppy dog. They go to the gym, they sleep in the same bed but never do anything (which confuses the roommates). She is "unmotivated to do anything in paradise".

Zach just doesn't like cameras around, which might be why he shies away from doing anything with Ashley. I wasn't surprised to see the YouTube video of he, Ashley and someone else (can't remember who) without a camera on them.

Priscilla, as I mentioned before, got in trouble for drinking on the first night and stays at home and drives the roommates around. I haven't heard of her getting into anything too exciting while sober.

Alex doesn't drink or party too much, but is seen as very easy to get along with, intelligent, interesting and reasonable, and she tries to get her roommates to do some charity work. She spends most of her time working on her music. Her boyfriend Byron also visits a lot (as he lives in LA).

Sam, Frank and Nate seem to be the most "fun". All of the roommates are accepting of Sam as a lesbian (so no drama there) and she doesn't mind that people mistake her for a guy, because "she looks like one". She's also very successful at bringing girls home...even more than the guys. I believe that the argument between her and Zach was due to her attempts to one-up her roommates and her loud attitude.

Nate's a party animal who has an affinity for blondes...lots of blondes. He also has a drinking problem that concerns his roommates, especially Frank. But don't write him off as your typical frat boy: he has a deeper side that you'll get to see. He "makes the rest of the cast instantly more compelling when he's around".

Frank...the cast seems to like Frank, until one night at a club some woman calls him a gay slur and he retaliates (maybe the same night he yells "YOU'RE A PIECE OF TRASH", throws a drink, and tells someone he won't not stand up for himself). Frank starts to get incoherently drunk and isolate himself from his roommates.
