Jedward have been given a punishment. It is loosely related to them acting like babies. I think the punishment could have been a lot better.
But....... if C5 have paid £500,000 for the pleasure of Jedward's company, they will not want to do anything which (a) offends contractual arrangements or (b) causes a walkout.

And that right there is why I prefer the main show. Where the attitude of Big Brother is that they can do anything they want to the people within reason and they have to stay if they want any money or "fame" out of it. The "celebs" have somewhat careers and lives to return too.
