If it is true they paid £500,000 for Jedward, even taking account that is for two people rather than one, it is almost certainly higher than fees the others are getting. Emma made a joke about this on BBBOTS... Lucien losing a £500 bet:
"There goes his fee from Channel 5". 
But they will want their money's worth from Jedward. The sponsors - manufacturers of spot creams (you can tell what age-group the market is targeted at!
) - will have some say in this.
