Boring and obvious, huh?
In terms of the whole generic album experience of a group of concepts brought together [in this case end of millenium angst] to form a listenable whole that's great from start to finish it's an absoloute beast really, isin't it. It's plagued by paranoia and much more abstract and subtle about it's finger pointing than The Bends but it's still very approachable and jumps out at you unlike oh say ... Kid A. Not that it doesn't continue to reward on repeat listenings but then that's the magic of it, silly.
