To be fair me and my boyfriend already have a good deposit between us. There was a house in a nice-ish area that he liked. But it had a downstairs bathroom and a part of me was like.. "it's too soon for me to commit" yet..

However someone at my work said to me.. "now is the time to buy". Maybe she is right. House prices are cranking up!!

It's because I was taught about money from a young age. I wouldn't say I am tight. I just don't like spending money on pointless things.

My mum and dad rent their house so when they die not like I will get the house because it's not owned by us. But me and my partner do have enough money for a deposit to go into a mortgage house!
