I think that they get on very well with each other as friends, but I could never see it developing as anything other than that.

Cameron does seem to get on with most of the housemates, particulary perhaps the girls, possibly because he seems very sensitive and caring.

I think (I may be wrong) that Cameron might just spend more time with Steph since they both get up quite early in the morning (?), they are both quite quiet and they share some similar views.
