I can't say for definite how long the swap is for - the official press release just said 'a few days'.
However, the press release on Gaetano did say:

E4 viewers will be able to watch him going in live, while Channel 4’s Big Brother’s Little Brother at 6pm will show also footage of his first day in his new home. So, I would deduce from that (because the C4 programmes show the previous day's activities) that Gae and Cameron will probably be travelling back sometime on Thursday so that they arrive back in their own Big Brother houses in time for the Friday night evictions.
That's my opinion, anyway.
